Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters/MBA Degree in (Accounting/Finance)
∎ ICAB/ ACCA/ ICMAB (Qualified or Part Qualified) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and audit, Cash Management, Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Cash Management, Commercial/ Export-Import, Credit Risk Management, Finance and Banking, Finance/ Accounts, MIS Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and implement financial systems, controls, and measurement systems to assure fiscal integrity as well as accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
∎ Continually reviews work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency and potential issues in accounts, financial processes, and controls and proactively raises management attention to act and resolve.
∎ Direct and coordinate the annual budget planning processes, controlling the tone and prioritization for initiatives and making recommendations to support the short and long-term needs of the company.
∎ Prepare all financial statements & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audits. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management & statutory accounts.
∎ Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX, and VAT, the latest accounting laws and procedures, and Company Act.
∎ Ensure all necessary TAX & VAT deductions from various sources & deposit with the appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports, and documentation.
∎ Ensuring submission of other returns and statements as required by TAX authority and collection of different certificates, registration, licenses, etc.
∎ Manage the complete account department's employees to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationships and Undertake Bank Reconciliation of all the Accounts.
∎ Deal with the auditors, bankers, external advisers, investors and other representative bodies, trade associations, Government departments, and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Check stock status and variation, cash book and status of physical cash, all kinds of challans, and cash Summary.
∎ Monitor the checking and maintaining of all kinds of Vouchers (e.g. Received Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, Purchase Vouchers, etc.), Petty cash statements of Head Offices and Branches.
∎ Monitoring invoices/bills for customers and follow up, tracking settlement, and collection payment.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.
∎ Manages day-to-day accounting, invoicing, cash management, and internal financial reporting.
∎ Monitoring collection of sales revenues in various channels such as online payment (merchant & personal), cash, and cheque.
∎ Cost analysis and maximizing product margin.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc.,
∎ Clear knowledge about Import LC and related loan accounts. Responsible to look after the banking, export, import-related documents and procedures, customs, etc.
∎ Prepare a periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control.
∎ Reconcile the Daily / Monthly Collection statement, Cash & Bank Balance.
∎ Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
∎ Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
∎ Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on Organizational Needs.
∎ Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have practical knowledge in Accounts & Finance and in maintaining ERP Based Accounting Software.
