agro based farm, Experience in Related Field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: accounts payable/receivable; cash receipts; general ledger; payroll and utilities; treasury, budgeting; cash forecasting; revenue and expenditure variance analysis; capital assets reconciliations etc.
∎ Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
∎ Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
∎ Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.
∎ Assist to prepare all export quotes and perform all shipment bookings with carriers.
∎ Making sure that all the export programs are in agreement with the accepted rules and regulations of the organization.
∎ Tax & VAT related issues.
∎ Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
