∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing finance and accounting operations and providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with banks and financial institutions. Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Submitting monthly Tax & VAT statements to respective Tax & VAT Zones per the prescribed format of NBR.
∎ Must have skills in local VAT, Tax practices & maintaining good relationships with respective tax/VAT zone
∎ Handling annual financial audits & submission of Tax files in respective tax zones.
∎ Ensuring government regulatory compliances are in accordance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, investment management etc.
∎ Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure effective treasury management.
∎ Work with internal & external auditors, financial institutions and consultants to co-ordinate audits, tax/legal compliance etc.
∎ Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards.
∎ Ensure prepare Project Projection, Proposal Ready, Foreign loan Financial Analysis.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive profitability and optimize financial performance.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned.
