Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting, Finance or Management from any reputed university, having minimum CGPA 3.25.
∎ CMA partly qualified will be added advantage.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
∎ Cost Control and Analysis: Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency. Conduct regular cost analysis and recommend strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality.
∎ Income Tax, VAT and other Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Income Tax, VAT, and Companies Act and other laws and regulations. Coordinate with external consultants and respective authorities for timely and accurate preparation and submission of those returns.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and working capital effectively to support daily operations and growth initiatives. Implement cash management strategies and optimize banking relationships.
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with the executive team. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
∎ Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
∎ Familiarity with taxation, VAT laws and compliance requirements.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Health Management sector or Group of Companies.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
