∎ BBA or MBA in Accounting / Finance from a reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
∎ IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
∎ Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
∎ Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
∎ Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
∎ Manage vendor relationships
∎ Financial reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly , half yearly ,yearly and as per requirement of management.
∎ Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and internal audit system.
∎ In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
∎ Have good understanding about matters relating to tax, VAT, custom & excise duty
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
∎ Ability to strategize and solve problems
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have competency with ERP software-based accounting systems.
∎ Good interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
∎ Self-motivated, confident & upright.
∎ Experience in the Garments industry
