Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Overall Tax Planning to minimize Tax Burden Within the purview of Tax Laws and Regulations.
∎ Annual Company Tax Computation, Preparation of Accounts, Schedules and Statements etc.
∎ Monitoring the day to day TDS and VDS from local Bills at the time of payment.
∎ Monitoring the salary tax computation and for Tax Deduction at sources and depositing the same to govt. treasury.
∎ Withholding Tax return Submission to the Tax Authority .
∎ Monitoring and Supervising the company Income tax file and Tax File And the fix file status Of Directors of the Group .
∎ Follow-up the Annual Return Submission to RJSC and update the Schedule XI and XII with the RJSC .
∎ Follow up of share Transfer Related Activities (if any ) With RJSC.
∎ Follow up the company formation related activities.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
