Responsibilities & Context:

01.   Able to work with Kormee Software.

02.   To maintain and update as a key HRIS Software.

03.   Prepare monthly wages & Salary Sheet by comparing related records & documents in excel.

04.   Monitoring all employee’s attendance related issues.

05.   To prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill festival bonus bill etc.

06.   To update employee basic personal information into payroll and upgrade from time to time (including promotion, increment, transfer etc.)

07.   Responsible for employee’s increment & Promotion.

08.   Responsible for authorization of leave in software.

09.   To generate compliance salary sheet, pay slip, Job card etc.

10.   To handle all types of benefits, compensation, attendance, salary administration & leave management procedure.

11.   To on time salary disbursement through bkash.

12.   To prepare monthly new joining & resignation report.

13.   To be responsible for overall payroll processing systems.

14.   To ensure 100% implementation of buyer’s COC, Labor Law & Labor rules.

15.   To monitoring Employees Bio-metric data.

16.   Responsible for handling first party & 3rd party social compliance audits like BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX etc.

17.   To prepare different HR reports in excel for upper management and finance related.

18.   Responsible for recruiting new employees when required.

19.   Responsible for issuing employees job card as per Buyer / Auditor’s requirement.

20.   Make liaison with & coordination with different kind organization like federation, BGMEA Etc.

21.   Analyzed and check all proposal recommendation in terms of wages and salary administration comes to admin Dept.

22.Responsible for ensuring proposal sheet for Increment, promotion, transfer and demotion related jobs.
