Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

• Monthly reporting in Fund position & PL Accounts.
• Preparing & Maintaining Financial Statement (Maintaining balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports Monthly Quarterly and yearly.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger & Audit procedure in yearly.
• Maintain Monthly Costing & Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Maintaining reconciliation of stock, debtors, sales, advances and creditors at the end of each month;
• Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, taxes and benefits to employees.
• Maintaining financial records with bank statements, vendor invoices and party ledgers.

Vat & Tax Management:

• Prepare & Maintain proper Vat-Tax compliance of company
• Preparing and filing various tax and Vat returns, including income tax of the company.
• Working in Tax & Vat planning and related activities.
• Reviewing financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Providing legal advice and representation to company in Vat & tax-related matters.
• Performing internal Vat & Tax audits on regular basis.
• Prepare and file vat & tax returns and related documents.
