Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC),CA Application Level Qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain financial and accountancy records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Oversee daily financial transactions, track the flow of funds into and out of the company, and process payments as necessary.
∎ Handle the invoicing process for clients, ensuring invoices are accurate, delivered on time, and payments are received in accordance with payment terms.
∎ Maintain a thorough record of remuneration and rates for the company's international employees, freelance service providers, and other suppliers, both individuals and entities, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
∎ Process payroll and business expenses, ensuring each is handled in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner.
∎ Prepare monthly bank and payroll reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
∎ Respond to ad-hoc tasks as per management requests, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency.
∎ Conduct financial analysis to understand trends and make recommendations for cost efficiency.
∎ Ensure financial compliance and stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting
∎ Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Applications
∎ Familiarity with taxation, VAT Laws and compliance requirements
∎ Matured, Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn
∎ Able to work under pressure
