∎ 5 years of experience in accounting/finance (RMG sector preferred)
∎ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, VAT, and TAX laws in Bangladesh
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and advanced MS Excel skills
∎ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Strong communication and decision-making skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire accounting department, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
∎ Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
∎ Ensure proper VAT, TAX, and regulatory compliance in line with Bangladeshi laws
∎ Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
∎ Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure proper documentation
∎ Supervise and mentor the accounting team for efficiency and accuracy
∎ Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations
