∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in cost and budget management (RMG sector preferred)
∎ Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel
∎ Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning
∎ Monitor production costs, overheads, and material expenses
∎ Prepare cost reports and variance analysis to support decision-making
∎ Ensure accurate product costing and pricing strategies
∎ Assist in financial forecasting and expense control
∎ Maintain compliance with VAT, TAX, and financial regulations
∎ Collaborate with different departments to optimize cost efficiency
∎ Support internal audits and financial reviews
∎ Job Responsibilities:
