Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Budget Management, email and communicar, Financial Analysis, Invoice Processing, MS OFFCIE, Tax and VAT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must speak in english fluently with the foreign clients
∎ Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making processes
∎ Participate in the development of financial plans and budgets
∎ Manage financial risks and opportunities, ensure compliance with regulations and policies
∎ Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
∎ Assist with audits and tax preparations
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
∎ Develop and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecasts
∎ Collaborate with seniors to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organization's goals
∎ Identify and manage financial risks to protect the organization's assets
∎ Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure
∎ Sales forecasting and preparation of monthly sales budget
∎ Fund management and preparing payment schedules every month
∎ Maintain communication with foreign suppliers and manage payment schedules
∎ Communication with banks and financial service providers
∎ Provide bi-weekly and monthly financial statements.
∎ Send the monthly invooices to the clients
∎ Track the collections/payments from the clients
∎ Ensure timely closure of book of accounts on a quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
∎ Keeping update of regular Income Statement, Ledger, Journal and Balance-Sheet of the concern in a synchronized manner.
∎ Review of monthly VAT/Tax returns and challans.
∎ Determine and advise periodical Product-Pricings in line with proper customer and market segmentation relevant to profitable financial planning.
∎ Maintain seamless communication with the clients
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Canada and USA tax system (VAT, GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, etc), Bangladesh VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax, etc)
∎ The applicants need to have experience in the following business area(s): IT firms /Tax Consultant
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail etc.
∎ Experienced in business communication, instant matured decision maker.
∎ Should have good managing expertise and professional in handling tuff/crisis situation.
∎ Should have leadership aptitude, physically and mentally strong.
∎ Willing to extend working time if required, Capable to work under pressure etc.
Salary: Negotiable
