Experience:

• At least 5 years

• BBA / MBA  in Accounting from any reputable public/private university.

• Preferable of CA CC in any Chartered Accountant firm in Bangladesh.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 50 years

• Strong knowledge of VAT & TAX regulations, manual bookkeeping, loss/profit, and balance sheet preparation.

• Proficient in accounts payable, corporate finance, financial reporting, VAT and Tax management, and vendor payments.

• Proficiency in manual bookkeeping, MS Excel, IFRS, IAS, and must knowledge on Tally ERP software.

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Positive "can-do" attitude with strong decision-making skills.

• Experience in audit dealings.

• Resident in the vicinity of Uttara.

We are a reputable textile chemical company based in Uttara, seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager - Accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements through manual processes.

• Maintain and update the asset register with a comprehensive depreciation schedule.

• Ensure timely submission of VAT & TAX returns and handle vendor payments with accurate VAT & TAX deductions.

• Oversee daily operations, meeting all deadlines and requirements effectively.

• Manage daily customer refunds efficiently.

• Responsible for manual ledger reconciliation before monthly reporting and manual calculation of monthly profit/loss.

• Knowledge in handling Letters of Credit (LC).
