Educational Requirements:
∎ M Com/ MBA major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed University
∎ Chartered Accountancy Course Completed (CACC) from a reputed CA firm will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts, Income Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control, monitor, supervise and time to time report to management on financial and accounting aspects.
∎ Effective budget & budgetary control system design, implementation and variance analysis & take corrective measures.
∎ Inventory planning for raw materials & finished goods.
∎ Profitability analysis under constraint situation (Market size, raw materials & machine capacity.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Strong catalytic and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and banking.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Ensure that financial controls are in place at functions and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
∎ Calculate actual landed cost for each imported material consignment with price variance.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet & Accounts Software.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
