Job Context:
∎ A Renowned Stock Brokerage & Security House in Dhaka looking for a "Manager-Accounts" for their Accounts Department.
∎ This position is responsible for a) Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results. b Evaluate and decide on investments. c) Supervise a team of Accountants. d) Allocate resources and manage cash flows. e) Conduct profit and cost analyses. f) Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information. g) Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirming tally settlement of DSE/Merchant Banks Receipt & Payment.
∎ Ensure & reporting of daily Bank balance to statement.
∎ Checking the Client margin report, analyse & report it the management.
∎ Instruct & checking the vendors & offices outstanding bill payment.
∎ Ensure appropriate accounting entry & posting.
∎ Present cheques to the authored signatory for payment.
∎ Margin value calculation & payment (if arise)-on demand.
∎ Checking & get approval of monthly requisition (With pre data submission by admin)
∎ Salary sheet prepare & approval from MD & payment. (With pre data submission by admin)
∎ Checking Monthly Agent Commission, Traders Incentive, Branch partners profit- Allocating Petty Cash fund to the offices.
∎ Checking Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Checking month end journals to prepare accounts
∎ Prepare DSE statutory reporting
∎ Checking Net Capital Balance prepared by Accounts Officer, Financial Netting report, Margin loan report.
∎ Prepare NCB (Net Capital Balance) & RBCA report.
∎ Preparation of yearly Budget & monitoring.
∎ Any other statutory report to the DSB/BSEC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference Industry to Serve: Banks/ DSE/ BSEC/ CDBL.
∎ Good knowledge of (DSE, BSEC, CDBL)
∎ Proven work experience as a Manager-Accounts role.
∎ In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
∎ Clear Oral and Written Communication.
∎ Good Knowledge in Excel.
∎ Ability to work as a team with offsite partners.

∎ Salary can be negotiated based on experience on relevant filed & interview performances.
