Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to search POs for invoices against vendors and guide store for GRN.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to handle issues happening during Goods receipt in SAP.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to handle issues in Finance during Invoice posting in SAP.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate with all the 5 stores of 5 plants for proper GRN.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to follow up with stores for timely completion of the GRN.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to check across SAP system for the posting against Goods receipt and Invoice posting.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for daily monitoring and reporting for GRN activity material group wise from Store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage.
