∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Multinational Companies, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sale of aviation equipment.
∎ Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events.
∎ Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
∎ Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
∎ Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
∎ Keep current clients warm and up-sell and cross-sell relevant products where required.
∎ Use an internal CRM system to manage client orders, pipelines and details to ensure they are kept up-to-date.
∎ Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders.
∎ Continually meet targets, KPI's and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Travel to meet clients when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years

∎ Excellent customer service, inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal
∎ and written.
∎ Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
∎ Highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
∎ Expert in time management and personal organization.
∎ Must have excellent computer skills and technologically competitive.
∎ Efficient in operating Microsoft Applications especially Microsoft Excel, Word &
∎ Power Point.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to the Organization's mission;
