∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Agile and growth mindset, analytical and decision making ability, Good communication skills, Working with Deadlines

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Production, Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearhead the production line.
∎ Ensures the production lines are properly balanced for target output.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection and on time shipment.
∎ Closely monitor production for best possible output and giving direction in floor.
∎ Maintain 5’s in shop floor.
∎ Follow up the hourly production of critical and bottleneck operation for smoothing the product flow
∎ Apply lean tools (Kanban, Kaizen, RCA, Fishbone,7 wastes, Timwood) for smooth production flow.
∎ Responsible to ensure maintain discipline in the line

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 29 years

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
