∎ Professional Requirements: Candidate should have basic observation power to learn from experienced team members/seniors. Understand and implement operational tactics and strategic plans of senior management. Should have to maintain close relationship with assign supervisor regarding departmental work flow process. Must have can do attitude and critical reasoning ability to understand situations. Should have the ability to research on trade diagram or core business dynamics. MTOs can be planted in various departments, like HR, Commercial, Finance, Taxation, Internal Audit, Accounts, Logistic, Procurement etc. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Maintain solid liaison with inter departmental cross relationship to be a team player and express performances within a vast working platform of 12000++ employee-based structure. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper service operations and procedures. Good understanding of core business aspects. Work experience with similar level setup is a plus but not mandatory. Should be perfect in shape to be the next generation market leader in all aspects.
