Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Finance, Accounts from reputed public/private university. (Preferably from IBA, DU, NSU, BRAC, EWU, IUB, BUP etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in evaluating financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
∎ Maintain a strong financial analysis, foundation creating forecasts and models.
∎ Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis, study proposed changes in methods and materials.
∎ Assist to produce full feasibility study report including (market, technical & financial study). Have knowledge to do demand analysis, supply analysis, and necessary market research.
∎ Assist to create models, data sets and forecasts to conduct the cost benefit analysis (preferable) of regional infrastructure projects.
∎ Identify financial performance trends and financial risk and provide recommendations.
∎ Assist in cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English is required.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint is required for this position.
