Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will be responsible to collect necessary information from target groups on various up-coming projects of Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd.
∎ Work closely with the Research Team to ensure all studies and projects are set up and completed on time.
∎ Make sure that high research standards are met in terms of study design, sample selection, questionnaire development, data analysis, and report generation by performing quality assurance checks.
∎ Manage document flow, including creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy).
∎ Create, manage and update all our databases.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Some experience in Marketing Research will be added advantage.
∎ Flexibility with work schedule and an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Very good analytical and quantitative skills.
∎ Computer proficiency and advanced experience with MS Office products, particularly Excel.
∎ Detail-oriented and enthusiasm for solving problems.
