Superior: Factory Manager
Key Responsibilities:
To maintain and monitor the list of all machineries, utility, and safety equipment.
Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical & mechanical equipment and its compliance with documentary proof.
Prepare the list of critical equipment and critical spares and maintain the inventory norms to avoid any loss in Production due to non-availability of spares.
Ensure periodic and timely calibration of all measuring equipment in the factory.
To ensure all engineering controls & safety precautions are in place to avoid any accident.
To strictly follow the systems & procedure as per SOP
Documentation & reporting- work orders, maintenance log, generate reports to track performance.
Collaboration with other departments to prioritize repairs, optimize equipment performance.
