• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems and equipment.

• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and team management abilities.

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Preferred:

• Certification in hospitality maintenance or relevant technical fields.

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Experience in luxury or branded hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across hotel facilities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors.

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and other critical hotel systems.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Quickly respond to guest complaints and maintenance issues.

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service logs.

• Manage budgets for maintenance expenses and track inventory of tools and equipment.

• Comply with hotel policies and safety regulations at all times.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and F&B departments to minimize disruptions.
