Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Extruder plant operations and maintenance.
∎ Coordinate for raw materials, dies and tools for the product schedule.
∎ Establish and validate process parameters for all the new products.
∎ Coordinate with the technologist for other supporting functions.
∎ Responsible for equipment breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
∎ Maintain critical spares and calibration of equipment's.
∎ Maintain extruder process parameters records.
∎ Responsible of Equipment cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and Testing.
∎ Responsible for overall cleanliness of the plant.
∎ Ensure to follow safety guidelines without any deviation.
∎ Responsible for production waste and try to minimize it.
∎ Manpower handling
∎ Responsible for packaging of products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience in operating EPE foam extruders and air bubble machines
∎ Must have proper knowledge and experience on extrusion process.
∎ Strong knowledge and experience on dies and inserts.
∎ Good knowledge and experience of machine troubleshooting
∎ Good knowledge and working experience to operate associate machines like Chiller, bonding, cutting and foil lamination machine.
