Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure their continuous operation.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machines.
∎ Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Monitor the performance of machines and perform adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to ensure that machines are operating safely and effectively.
∎ Order and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance activities.
∎ Provide support during the installation of new machines or equipment.
∎ The Machine Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all machinery used in our corrugated box production process. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently with minimal downtime.
