  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory management software.
  • Working Conditions: Work in a laboratory environment with safety protocols in place. May require standing for extended periods and handling various materials.

  • Job Summary: The Quality Controller will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in packaging materials through rigorous testing, analysis, and adherence to industry regulations. This role involves overseeing laboratory operations, conducting tests, and implementing quality assurance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality tests on packaging materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, documenting findings accurately.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality standards.
