Role Summary
The LTO and STO Assistant will support coordination, reporting, and data management for Long-Term and Short-Term Observers. The role requires flexibility, accuracy, and strict political neutrality throughout the election process.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, follow up, and verify election-day and field reports from LTOs and STOs
Support observer coordination, scheduling, and communication
Assist with data entry, verification, and database management
Support logistical coordination of observer deployments
Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and reporting systems
Work under flexible hours and high-pressure election timelines
