Role Summary
The Human Rights Analyst Assistant will support analysis of legal, human rights, and inclusion-related aspects of the electoral process. The role requires strict adherence to neutrality, confidentiality, and international human rights standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in analysis of electoral laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
Support assessment of participation of women, minorities, and persons with disabilities
Monitor and document human rights–related issues during the election process
Assist with translation and interpretation of legal and regulatory documents
Draft analytical summaries, briefing notes, and reports
Liaise with civil society and human rights organizations
Support preparation of interim and final reports
