∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Professional experience

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the TDH and donors' procurement rules are respected.
∎ Support Program in terms of specification or ToR or SoW development.
∎ Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors (prices, delivery time, payment terms)
∎ Recommends contract adjustments and assists in the preparation of contracts before seeking approval of the Logistics Manager
∎ Works in close collaboration with the Logistics assistant to update regarding the order ongoing.
∎ Identify the new suppliers and make permanent research of new sources of supply for the benefit of the Organization.
∎ Ensure the submission of the supply bill on time.
∎ Verify the consignment has arrived at the final destination and collect the documentation to settle the payment accordingly.
∎ Carry out the on-site quality inspection process in coordination with the Program.
∎ Ensure and update procurement tracker by weekly.·         Ensure delivery leadtime for each PRs.
∎ Organize and Lead the Pre-Bid meeting along with vendors and prepare the meeting minutes.
∎ Ensure Procurement information to the respective department timely.
∎ Responsible for the management of rental contracts for all premises
∎ Responsible for contracts linked to utilities of the premises (water, electricity, etc).
∎ Monitor the storage facilities and infrastructure both from inside and outside: locate damages and propose the necessary repairs.
∎ Ensure adequate and required equipment/furniture are in place and functioning
∎ Ensure follow-up and supply of office supplies
∎ Ensure the maintenance and repairs of the premises
∎ Ensure that safety equipment is present, up-to-date and in compliance in the different offices and guest houses.
∎ Coordinate the generator fuel management of all the office.
∎ Responsible for managing Office and Guest House premises Security guard.
∎ Responsible for office guest house Management consulting with Logistics Manager. (Manage toCleaner etc).
∎ Responsible for Collect Logistics report pack from the PHC, WASH and Teknaf office and cross checking that report before submit to the Logistics Manager.
∎ Responsible for Prepare Monthly procurement report and submit to the Logistics Manager.
∎ Responsible for monthly reports of store Management, Fuel Management and Equipment/asset follow-up.
∎ Responsible for field visit ( PHC and WASH ) minimum once a month or as required basis for Logistics report finalization and assessment of other logistics supply.
∎ Responsible for field visit during the goods reception when where required.
∎ Accept other logistics related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
∎ Procurement Management (50%)
