Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Computer

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali

• Computer skill: MS Office

• Assist Sales Manager in various tasks, including preparing agreements with vendors, handling local procurement, and performing other administrative duties.

• Monitor and manage stock levels of products, promotional materials, office supplies, and vehicle spare parts.

• Raise Goods Receive Memo (GRM) for received goods and issue Store Issue Requisition (SIR) and challans for distribution of goods to the field officers in collaboration with the Sr. Area Executive.

• Ensure storage management complies with standard guidelines/SOPs, provide necessary supplies and equipment to office staff, and ensure cleanliness of the office premises including storage areas.

• Prepare the monthly duty roster for security guards, check their registers and verify time sheets.

• Prepare vehicle uses reports, assess vehicle maintenance needs and verify mileage reports.

• Dispatch and receive mail, maintain mail registers, and ensure proper maintenance of the visitors` book.

• Verify stock and store conditions of sales officer physically, prepare, and submit reports to the Sales Manager and Head office Sales Division.

• Evaluate staff`s annual performance, recommend leave, check expense bills, maintain leave registers and provide summaries to HR.

• Perform ISO audits and collaborate with internal and external auditors.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
