∎ Graduation/ Diploma in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare different sales analysis reports daily, weekly and monthly for Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders
∎ Keep sales and relevant data back-up from eSales, eDMS software for further uses
∎ Inform Sales Manager about Distributors Sales Device or Printer related problem and communicate with ICT department
∎ Provide end users support and troubleshoot the problems of computer/laptop, printer etc.
∎ Install all kinds of software including operating system and application software which are recommended and allowed by ICT
∎ Assist in preparing and submitting the trade claim for distributors and traders
∎ Raise GRM, SIR and Challan to deliver the received goods to the field offices as per requirement
∎ Prepare monthly POP Reports and submit to Sales Manager
∎ Visit and verify the store of the Sales Offices to assess the conditions and stock level
∎ Face ISO Audit and physical verification of stock assets (by Internal & External Auditors)
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates having knowledge on inventory management & digital sales system will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
