Graduate in any discipline/Diploma in textile engineering from reputed university.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years
Skills Required: Denim items,Garment production,woven Garments
Additional Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as IE officer/Work Study officer.
Must have experience with woven denim factory.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Ability to work under pressure
Strong knowledge of sewing machines, stitching techniques, and garment construction.
Understanding of production processes and workflow.
Ability to read and interpret production plans, layouts, and technical sheets.
Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure the development of the section and increase the overall profit by ensuring the quality of production and the achievement of the given target through the adoption of professional strategies and the participation of workers in the workplace.
Ensuring effective labor management by establishing high morale, team work and harmony among employees at all levels of production.
Checking the current workforce and analyzing absenteeism rates and reasons.
To start work by holding small meetings with the operators every day, according to the target at the beginning of the work.
Understanding daily production targets and making plans.
Ensuring supply of necessary input materials for production.
Creating a work-friendly safe and pleasant work environment to retain line operators at work.
Ensure 100% Product quality
Any other task assigned by reporting person.
