Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law/Master of Law (LLM) in Law.
∎ Candidates must have advocate-ship certificate from Bangladesh bar council.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing Legal Opinion on different issues.
∎ Vetting of land documents.
∎ Review of All Customers profile especially whose ageing report indicates overdue.
∎ Notably review left customer and any legal complications arise.
∎ In Case of three consecutive non response of reminder notice, issue legal notice through issuing note to management.
∎ Follow up case status and report to management in a timely manner.
∎ Preparing different kinds of security documents including Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Power of Attorney, Letter of Hypothecation, Letter of Undertaking etc.
∎ Law officer will act in compliance with negotiable Instrument act 1972 and other relevant law of Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain liaison with panel lawyers, arrange to collect case status from the panel lawyers and forward it to the Management.
∎ Keeping liaison with Banks and corporate clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fully computer literate having excellent command over MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Internet browsing etc.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving capability,
∎ Good command over written and oral communication skills in English & Bangla;
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people;
Salary: Negotiable
