Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring all legal affairs within the company, including internal and external legal matters, and are tasked with doing everything to protect the interests of the company.
∎ Initiate legal proceedings as required by the company, i.e., prepare writs, defenses, submissions, and other pleadings in civil and criminal cases.
∎ Prepare a file and plead cases in commercial court in pursuit of amounts owed to the company. Advice on civil and criminal matters when its necessary.
∎ Maintain all the legal files and documents of the company and provide reports as and when required.
∎ Drafts and/or reviews legal letters, contracts, and agreements; monitors the company; and submits quarterly work reports to management.
∎ Provide sound legal advice to the company and make recommendations to management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of experience
∎ Must have Bar membership certificate.
∎ Good competency in English writing and drafting skills.
∎ No third class result in any examination.
