Educational Requirements:
∎ Honours/Masters (LLB//LLM) in any Govt. or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development (Land Procurement)
∎ To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc in Bangali & English.
∎ To look & handle legal site of company (like Thana, court, local people, owner & client etc)
∎ To do mutation of land, sale permission, Power acceptance from related Govt. dept etc.
∎ To do the work with Govt. different department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in corporate office on legal work of any company like Bank, Leasing, Finance, any NGO or real estate company ( Preferable in real estate Sector)
∎ Must have computer knowledge .
∎ Capable to drive motorcycle (optional).
