Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular client meetings (existing & prospective); intaking client information, retaining new clients;
∎ Receiving client's queries and allocating those to the concerned lawyers;
∎ Full professional proficiency and ability to communicate in Bengali and English (both spoken & writing);
∎ Drafting and preparing legal documents; notice, letters, agreements;
∎ Ability to work independently with some initial guidance as well as in a team setting
∎ Keen attention to detail; must be able to collect clients' personal, financial and academic information and be able to draft detailed memo and fill out intake forms;
∎ Proficiency with Computers, internet and IT functions are mandatory; must be able to video conference and troubleshoot technical issues;
∎ Experience in Social Media marketing would be an asset; important to have working knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.;
∎ Some prior Sales experience would also be an asset - must be able to negotiate
∎ Must be able to continuously network and build client base; routinely develop new marketing content;

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Mixed compensation: base salary + performance bonus (commission style)-Mobile -initial 3 months probationary period to be followed by long term benefits (bonuses, insurance etc)
