∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Proven experience minimum 8-10 years, as a legal counsel or in a similar legal role within a complex business environment /Judicial Court/ High Court Division or altogether.
∎ Preferably experiencing in Company Laws, Civil laws & Criminal Laws.
∎ In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the industries in which the group operates.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage multiple priorities.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit high ethical standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide legal counsel and support to the group of industries on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, employment law, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
∎ Conduct legal research and review documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Advise management on legal implications of business strategies, initiatives, and decisions.
∎ Draft and review contracts, agreements, and all other legal documents.
∎ Collaborate with external legal advisors, when necessary, on specialized legal matters.
∎ Handle and oversee the resolution of legal disputes and litigation.
∎ Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the group of industries and provides necessary guidance to ensure compliance.
∎ Instruct and educate company personnel on legal risks and obligations.
