Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
∎ NO third Division/Class in academic career will be acceptable.
∎ Further academic qualification will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to extensive knowledge and skills to supervise and implement comprehensive compliance to ensure full compliance to various regulatory requirements.
∎ Developing control systems to prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
∎ Supervising the reporting to various regulating authority like BSEC, DSE, CSE etc.
∎ Ensuring that all the activities and operations are performed in compliance with related laws & regulations.
∎ Conversant with business related various laws, regulations, circulars, taxation and internal auditing.
∎ Disseminate written policies, procedures related to compliance activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years industry experience in asset management.
∎ Having at least 02 years experience as Legal & Compliance Manager in a reputed asset management company with proven track record. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
