∎ As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the company's management team and employees. You will also be responsible for drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, providing legal guidance on corporate governance, and overseeing litigation and legal disputes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Excellent knowledge of legal principles, concepts, and procedures.
∎ Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
∎ Experience in handling litigation and legal disputes.
∎ Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations is a plus.
