The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm, Land Real Estate, Group of Companies.
At least 10 years of work experience in Supreme Court/High Court bench.
Candidate must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council/ Dhaka Bar Association.
Experience in Real Estate or land development legal operation will get preference.
Sound knowledge about law sections, specially land laws in Bangladesh & on practical suit (Criminal & Civil) in court.
Must have good interpersonal, communication skills and strong negotiations capabilities in challenging environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for a Legal advisor, who will handle all sorts of Legal & Land, Corporate Affairs, issues of Citymead Real-estate and Development Ltd. with proper reporting to Management.
Job Responsibilities
Dealing with all sorts of Corporate Affairs issue including liaison with various Government/Non-Government offices for permission, Licensing, approval, renewal etc., including sale/transfer permission.
Drafting Memorandum of Association and Article of Association, name clearance and filling the same with Registrar of Joint Stocks and Companies (RJSC) register of new company incorporation, share transfer, return submission etc.
Perform legal formalities for credit /payment recoveries as required.
Liaison with The police station regarding GD, FIR, warrant execution etc. on behalf of the Company as required.
To preserve and keep up to date entire litigation/case files and Land files of the Company the proper manner.
