Educational Requirements:
∎ Any Training related to garments manufacturing.
∎ Certificate of Work Study.
∎ Lean Six Sigma certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting and carry out the projects of process improvements and implementations of lean six sigma tools for profitability improvements of Garments manufacturing factories.
∎ Training client's factory staffs on Work Study, Lean and Six sigma concepts.
∎ Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma tools in manufacturing facilities in Bangladesh.
∎ Improve existing productivity, Quality and Profitability.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the process to make sure for meaningful practices
∎ Provide required technical expertise to all processes/departments at implementation phases, and post implementation sustainability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 10+ years' experience in Work Study and Lean Manufacturing tools Implementations
∎ Minimum 20+ years' work experience in Garments Manufacturing Industry
Salary: Negotiable
