Calibration
Job Context:
∎ Lead the Calibration business and process to meet the customer’s requirement
∎ Review raw data according to Calibration Operating Procedure (COP) and issue a Calibration certificate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to grow the calibration business
∎ To increase Calibration scopes
∎ Conduct training for new team members on the process of Calibration
∎ Review COP regularly and ensure the proper implementation
∎ Conduct calibration as per COP and raw data generation
∎ Conduct the calculation for the uncertainty of measurement and prepare a raw report
∎ Monitor turn around time (TAT) as per agreement and customer request
∎ Follow up ILC (Inter Laboratory Comparison) and equipment status
∎ Supervise team members in critical calibration issues
∎ Raw data review and issue calibration certificate
∎ Find out the root cause of customer complaints.
∎ Follow up regular equipment maintenance/yearly maintenance schedule
