Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in Computer Science & Engineering

∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The incumbent should undertake the implementation as per the signed SOW (and its Annexures) of the T24 re-implementation project and its signed project plan of T24 Re-implementation of R22/ latest release.
∎ • Lead the Implementation of Transact and TDH Modules
∎ • The incumbent should undertake the implementation of Transact Data Hub (TDH combined with Analytics) with the alignment of implementation partner of TDH and align Transact signed implementation plan.
∎ • The Principle Technical consultant is expected to specialize in at least two of the following technical areas: Technical Architecture and best use of Temenos client services tools; configuration and develop Temenos Products and interfaces with the products according to the definitions supplied (TIM), data Migration and related activities; performance tuning.
∎ • Conduct the L3 customization and development in Java Extensibility.
∎ • Conduct the project plan timeline re-baseline
∎ • The incumbent should have the cognizance of the central bank control points which have reflection in the client’s business and the provided solutions thereby.
∎ • Conduct the induction Training (functional/ Technical), BPA Session, Analysis and design Stage
∎ • Supervise the implementation of all of the modules development
∎ • Install and configure the websphere in cluster mode
∎ • Install and configure the MQ software
∎ • Configure and install the Application server Websphere in standalone mode.
∎ • Defining technical Solution for customization and configuration needs for Temenos products as per agreed technical definitions
∎ • Conduct meeting and discussion with clients for all Interface Requirement Document (IRD) preparation, review (as per TIM), finalize and sign off.
∎ • Prepare all the interfaces as prescribed in the project plan and all other interfaces which derives out of the Functional solution against the client’s business (BRD).
∎ • The incumbent should be the System admin for ATM, Swift, Websphere Cluster etc.
∎ • Conduct training and Provide PPT for Training on Websphere (Administration standalone and cluster mode) and IBM MQ and COB and other technical modules Java extensibility, IRIS, Integration Framework (IF, IRIS), Design Studio, Close of business and package installation, Technical Concepts, TAFJ Architecture, UXP Browser, OFS and user SMS group, T24 delivery.
∎ • Prepare training materials and provide training on upgradation on R22/latest release and guide the client resources while conducting the upgradation.
∎ • Conduct development of SMS, interfaces development and development of functional generation demanded by the client.
∎ • Actual Hardware installation and commissioning, software installation (as per the project plan)
∎ • TDH and Analytic installation and commissioning
∎ • Report retrofitting through TDH and Analytics
∎ • Ensuring completion of architectural schemas and interface design during the technical process analysis phase of the project
∎ • Supporting Non- functional (NFT) and user acceptance test (UAT) where required from a continuity perspective on projects. The NFT of the core should be provided with the work around solution as per the client business.
∎ • Preparing Technical solution document (TSD) for the client/ bank.
∎ • Lead, Guide and supervise the product Parameterization & configuration, L3 Customization and Local Code retrofitting, report retrofitting in TDH and Analytics
∎ • Conduct the Data Migration Analysis, mapping and development
∎ • Conduct Train the Trainer
∎ • Conduct supervision and assistance as well as guidance of all cycles of SIT,
∎ • Conduct the supervision and assistance as well as guidance of all cycles of Data Migration Testing and coordinate in the retrofitting to materialize the smooth Data Migration.
∎ • Take the lead to supervise, assist and guide to complete all cycles of UAT (as per the signed project plan)
∎ • Coordinate with the client during the End users Training if necessary.
∎ • Conduct the T24 environment configuration in the testing stage.
∎ • Conduct training to the in -house resources or fresher resources.
∎ • Lead the dress rehearsal for go live (as per the signed project plan)
∎ • Lead to monitor, assist, supervise, guide the deployment stage (as per the signed project plan)
∎ • Lead to monitor, assist, supervise, guide the project closure stage (as per the signed project plan)
∎ • Attend meetings with system vendors and play an active role in systems development where T24 interoperability may occur
∎ • Conduct meeting with TPCS/ Governance to update about the project status time to time.
∎ • Attend the weekly project status meeting with the client and discuss and suggest the progress and the bottleneck to overcome and prosper and attend the monthly project steering committee meeting.
∎ • Mentor & Support the Team
∎ • Analyze and validate all Client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS products capability (under TIM)
∎ • Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions
∎ • Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager
∎ • Liaising with Temenos maintenance group to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved.
∎ • Should be seen by the clients and colleagues as a thought leader within the project team by his/her peers within Temenos.
∎ • Should have good knowledge in programming infobasic, java, javascript, java extensibility application servers (jboss, websphere in standalone and cluster mode set up installation and configuration, weblogic), OS (windows, redhat linux, IBM AIX), understanding of RDBMS, knowledge of MSSQL, DB2, Oracle RDMS. Exposure to mainframes.
∎ • Master tasks and technical problems on a wide range of complex issues and general proficiency on the tools, systems procedure required to accomplish this job.
∎ • Lead the installation on custom enhancement and give final validation on technical setup and conduct necessary testing to ensure user acceptance and global quality of the solution delivered.
∎ • Supervise if any when needed over specific technical parts of the implementation plan
∎ • The Role Holder plays the role of interface between the project team and the client, and ensures that all actions are taken to fully satisfy the client within the project scope in all aspects of a business nature. They would focus on complex problems, and lead the Business teams in resolving issues, challenging both colleagues and clients and when required and demonstrate proven stakeholder Management Skills with all contacts. A strong “leadership” contribution to their aligned Centre of Excellence and input on product and process Improvement is also expected. To act as the point of escalation for multiple projects and where required understand client issues, challenge where applicable and present plans to resolve.
