Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Leadership: Lead a team of talented developers by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
∎ Software Development: Take ownership of critical development tasks, architect solutions, and write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software projects.
∎ Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize development tasks to meet project milestones and deadlines effectively.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet functional and performance standards.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and software development trends. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and product quality.
∎ Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code integrity and optimize performance.
∎ Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to overcome them, ensuring smooth project execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading software development teams and successfully delivering complex projects.
∎ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.) and strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
∎ Hands-on Experience: A track record of hands-on software development experience, showcasing your ability to write high-quality code.
∎ Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, resources, and deadlines effectively.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills: A creative and analytical mind-set to tackle technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
∎ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
