Educational Requirements:
∎ A degree in finance, commerce or accounting. Preference will be given to individuals with a master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strategic approach for investigating and reporting fraud;
∎ Work with the Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, and CMU members to determine if/when an investigation is required based on CMU findings;
∎ Conduct investigations based on findings from the CMU, as well as from other sources such as direct reports and observations by AUHC and SHN staff and USAID;
∎ Draft and finalize investigation reports that can be submitted to Chemonics' Office of Business Conduct (OBC).
∎ When appropriate, work with AUHC and SHN to take systemic corrective actions based on fraud investigations;
∎ When required, commission special fraud investigations with a recognized Regional Inspector General audit firm to further investigate business conduct irregularities;
∎ Provide input to AUHC monthly and quarterly reports; and
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Chief of Party.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years' experience in conducting audits. Preference will be given to individuals who have experience conducting audits that go beyond financial audits.
∎ A working knowledge of TALLY software preferred.
∎ Complete understanding of generally recognized accounting principles (GAAP) and local laws and practices governing financial, human resource and property management.
∎ A proven track record of honesty and integrity.
∎ An ability to write professionally in English and Bangla.
