Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Home chef lead information according to given format from the designated zones
∎ Explore potential lead collection channels for offline lead collection of HC
∎ Work closely with cross functional groups to acquire necessary information of leads
∎ Achieving weekly, monthly and annual commercial targets maintaining quality threshold
∎ Maintaining proper/accurate records and reporting in scheduled basis
∎ Build company image with professionalism and behavior
∎ Preventing & mitigating any kind of negative & subversive activities as well as raise flag in case of suspicious fraudulent activity through proper channel
∎ Extensive field visit is mandatory on a regular basis.
∎ Actively participate in issue resolution, workplace conflict and stakeholder management for the smooth operational objective
∎ Ad hoc task/project related to sales operations assigned from central/regional.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Direct Sales, retail, market activation
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Thinking out of the box and innovative
∎ Knowledge of zone is a must
∎ Daily market visit to find new leads and revisit win back leads
∎ Basic computer proficiency is must
