Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and managed the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying the custom hospital management software.
∎ Architect and develop scalable and robust applications, adhering to best coding practices and standards.
∎ Implement integrations between the different components of our solution.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, system administrators, and healthcare professionals, to gather requirements and ensure effective solution delivery.
∎ Conduct regular code reviews, provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and enforce quality assurance processes.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance the solution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working as a Lead Developer or in a similar technical leadership role.
∎ 5+ years of experience developing web applications using Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, AngularJS) for web application development.
∎ Proficiency in developing data-driven applications using a relational database engine like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or H2 SQL, as part of the application architecture.
∎ Familiarity with healthcare systems and understanding of healthcare data management processes.
∎ Strong background in full-stack development.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
∎ Familiarity with interoperability standards like FHIR.
∎ Open-source contribution experience preferably OpenMRS development will be given preference.
