Job Context:

∎ This is an exciting opportunity to join & lead the team responsible for Editr Apps`s top ranking applications and participate in the creation of world class mobile applications whose usage cross over millions of iPhone app users. As the Lead Developer, you will provide technical leadership, develop solutions based on schedule constraints and grow our development team to compete with the global competitors.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own architecture and maintenance of major functional areas in our apps.
∎ Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and take a leading role in architectural planning and refactoring.
∎ Recruit talented new engineers and mentor existing engineers.
∎ Implement new features and other improvements within the app.
∎ Work closely with Design and Product Management to build the best possible UX for our apps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of professional application development experience on iOS.
∎ Track record of shipping successful mobiles apps on app store.
∎ Mastery of Objective-C/Swift, iOS Frameworks, memory management, performance optimization and design patterns.
∎ Strong applied software methodology, process and quality skills.
∎ Exposure to complex Camera / Video technologies is a plus.
∎ Focus on teamwork, comfortable with fast-paced, collaborative, iterative development with cross-functional teams.
∎ Able to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative, multi-location team environment using sound judgment in decision making.

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
