• Age 45 to 55 years

• 20+ years of consulting experience with 15+ years of Big 4 consulting background.     
• Managed Data related works in large telecoms and Banks.       
• Managed large team and having through understanding of Bangladesh market.      
• Managed large projects in other regions like USA, Europe, Africa, Middle East, South-east Asia.        
• Managed OEM relationships like SAS, Cloudera etc..     
• In depth understanding of Data Management with CDMP and DCAM Framework certification.

• Building Technology Practice for KASL
• Manage P&L for Technology Practice for KASL
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, providing expert guidance to clients on their potential impact and application.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
