Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to deal with court and in-house work.
∎ Candidate must be enrolled with the High Court of Bangladesh and have at least 3-year (s) practicing experience at the District Court.
∎ Candidate should have practical knowledge of Civil, Corporate & Commercial law.
∎ Familiarity with Maritime Law/ Admiralty Law will be an advantage.
∎ Have to be familiar with Dhaka District Court, Dhaka Magistrate Court, and High Court Premises.
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and able to work as a team.
∎ Competency in computer literacy is mandatory; especially English typing skills.
∎ Candidate has to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, etiquette, and good interpersonal skills·
∎ Candidate must be ready to work under pressure.
